Benefit for Tom Jones

On November 18th of 2016 our brother-in-law , Tom Jones, was unexpectedly presented with the diagnosis of Stage 4 terminal lung cancer.

He and his wife, Betty, have been devastated by this prognosis and have spent the past year living their lives while preparing for the inevitable.

Tom’s family and friends are reaching out to help in any way we can to ease the stress and any burdens we are able to alleviate. To assist them at this most difficult time we are hosting a Silent Auction and Dance Benefit at the Sheet Harbour Lions Club on Saturday, November 18th …. one year to the day from Tom’s diagnosis.

We know how giving and kind the people of the Shore are to friends and family and even strangers…..in their times of need……So we are inviting you to participate by contributing any items that you may wish to towards the Auction. We are grateful for any donations and will be accepting them at the office of MacDonald,Chisholm and Trask Insurance office at 22615 Hwy # 7 in Sheet Harbour……or we are happy to pick up if you’d prefer. Email Robin at robin.kenney@mcti.ca or phone 902-885-2044 or Natasha at 902-885-2366 and we will arrange pick up.

Thank you for your compassionate contribution and we sincerely appreciate your help. Please join us at the dance and auction if possible from 8 pm -1 am, November 18, Lions Centre, 183 Pool Road.

With kind regard, Robin Kenney Natasha Kenney
